Debbie Warrener is a self-taught visual artist working in acrylic, oil pastels and pencil. Her work is about attempting to vividly capture the aliveness of moments in time - in whatever shape, form or colour they may be. Debbie used to live in Japan and the beauty of the elemental balance between movement, stillness and space in Japanese calligraphy and ceramics have influenced her approach.
Debbie has to date had three successful solo shows of her works: 'Wild Bursts' in June 2018 at the Ply Gallery in Crouch End, 'WiLD and True' in October 2016 at The Hive, Dalston and 'Still Dancing' in December 2010 at the Arte Toi Gallery, Gloucester Road. She has also participated in a number of group shows including at Candid Arts, Angel in September 2016.
Debbie lives and works in North London.
